What it’s About:

We included off ice training with a qualified coach for all our STAR Skaters. These generally run before or after the StarSkate ice on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The coach teaches proper stretching, Cardio workout, balance, muscle training, jumping and cool down.

Off-Ice, training is set up to help the Skaters gain strength and learn what is required for a warm-up and cool down before a competition. Strength training is important to reduce muscle strains, pulls or injury.
